Job Description

The primary goal of the Customer Service Specialist is to provide superior and friendly service to our clients and prospects by responding to their inquiries and addressing their needs. 

Primary / Essential Duties:
• Assist clients with all service, claims & billing related questions
• Process new policies & policy changes, providing the information to the client
• Review household accounts
• Suggest new and/or additional coverage
• Answer phones & call clients
• Follow-up with customers when necessary
• Issue coverage confirmations when downgrading or removing coverage
• Document phone and email conversations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

Skills and Abilities:
• Self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Coachable
• Ability to multi-task
• Team player
• Basic Microsoft Office experience
• Must be able to obtain Georgia Property/Casualty Insurance License (paid for by agency)
