About the position


We are looking for the best of the best in Atlanta to join our inside sales team. This team is responsible for new merchant acquisition, which means your job is to sell the benefits of the GreenSky platform to the top home improvement contractors in the US. You will be considered wildly successful if you can not only enroll new, high-value merchants, but also make sure they are generating loan volume.

+ Develop an understanding of the home improvement industry and GreenSky’s competition




+ Educate home improvement contractors on the benefits of using GreenSky vs. the competition




+ Enroll home improvement contractors in the GreenSky program




+ Make a minimum of 60 dials per day




+ Document all of your activity in ("If it’s not in Salesforce, it didn’t happen")

Required Experience:








+ BA/BS Degree




+ 1-4 years successful sales experience




+ You love metrics and data, but you’re also a sales beast




+ Proven track record of sales success (PS: it’s ok to brag, this is sales. Bring awards to your interview)




+ Excellent communicator, but an even better listener




+ Problem solver (as opposed to a problem spotter)




+ Strong closing skills




+ Ability to be successful in a fast-pace environment




+ Fast learner




+ Coachable: You love to constantly improve and seek out feedback




+ Team player: You love winning and sharing success with others
