Job Description





**RESPONSIBILITIES** **:** To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.




+ Ability to provide World Class Customer Engagements


+ Ensure every Customer feels great about every interaction with Exide


+ Manage and resolve all Customer inquiries and issues


+ Excellent communication skills


+ Comfortable interacting with Sr. Management, Branch Operations, Manufacturing and Finance


+ Energized by a fast pace environment


+ Enjoys change


+ Enter purchase orders


+ Provide consolidated billing and supporting documentation to customers.


+ Provide written correspondence to Exide Branches and Customers


+ Maintain warranty files and submit warranty claims on a timely basis.


+ Gain understanding of various sales and marketing programs


+ Working knowledge of Transportation and Industrial businesses preferred.


+ Ability to quickly learn new & use software tools like, JDE, MS Office


+ Other tasks or projects assigned as needed

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


+ High level of accuracy required


+ Excellent organizational skills and extremely detail minded


+ Self-motivated team-player in a fast-paced environment


+ Ability multi-task


+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.


+ Ability to deal with difficult situations and maintain a positive attitude.


+ Ability to perform basic customer support functions.


+ Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and JD Edwards ERP system preferred


+ College graduate or equivalent education and progressive call center experience preferred


+ Bilingual (Spanish/English or French Canadian/English) preferred

Phone Support, Order Entry, Order inquiry, Order changes, Bill To / Ship To Set Up
