## Airports Business Sales Consultant

The Airports Business Sales Consultant Americas will drive the Airports Sales in the Americas in order to ensure Growth, Order Entry and Margin according to the plan\. In this role you will provide technical aviation knowledge and experience in the market, knows the MSI concept and can translate operational concepts into technical requirements\. He is able to provide demos and technical positioning of Honeywell Airports Solutions against customers’ needs and requirements\.

 

Continuously identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions for the customer

 

Manage and build customer contacts

 

Serving as HBS’ ambassador in the market place

25 Meet Business Plans

 

25 Engage with Channel Partners

 

### YOU MUST HAVE

 

+ Bachelor’s Degree and or Airfield Systems design and deployment experience in commercial and/or military applications with a proven results

+ Strong understanding of an airport operational environment with extensive knowledge of systems used across an airports \(AGL, ALCMS, ILSMS, VDGS, ADOB, IT & Networking Systems, ATC & Nav Aids\)

+ Operational experience from concept design through commissioning and service with Airfield Systems

+ High level of understanding on System Integration trends and offerings including MSI approaches, Airport Operations Command Centers, Airport – Collaborative Decision Making, Smart/Connected Airports

+ Technical understanding of airfield solutions including AGL, Visual Docking Guidance Systems and Gate Management Systems

+ Experience working with customers, governmental agencies, engineering firms and consultants in writing and/or evaluating specifications

+ Strong network and connections with key decision makers in airports\.

+ Proven track record within a complex, challenging and technological market environment\.

+ Strong written and oral communications skills at all levels, from airfield maintenance operators to senior business leadership

+ Ability to develop strong partnerships and a collaborative, teaming environment within and across functional organizations

+ Ability to travel approximately 40\-60% of the time
