Eagle Ranch is now hiring counselors/therapists to provide outpatient counseling services at its newest facility, The Wings Center.
REPORTS TO: Clinical Director at The Wings Center
EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Full-time. Exempt.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Mental Health Counselor/Therapist will provide outpatient counseling to individuals, couples, families, and children (as clinically appropriate), integrating Christian faith with sound psychological science. This role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, collaborating with colleagues, participating in case consultation, and maintaining high-quality documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards.
Counselors typically conduct 25 sessions per week with the possibility, upon approval, of working one day each week remotely, providing telemental health services.

The Wings Center is a faith-integrated counseling and retreat center located on the 500-acre campus of Eagle Ranch. We serve individuals, couples, children, families, and ministry leaders across Northeast Georgia through professional, confidential, and Christian-informed counseling grounded in evidence-based practice. Our serene environment, strong team culture, and commitment to clinical excellence make TWC a unique setting for both clients and clinicians to thrive.
Due to significant growth in referrals and services, we are expanding our clinical team and seeking two full-time licensed counselors.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide outpatient counseling services (individual, couples, family, and/or child therapy as appropriate to training and preference).
- Conduct clinical intakes and assessments.
- Develop and review treatment/service plans throughout care.
- Provide clinically appropriate referrals and coordinate care when needed.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with state, federal, and TWC standards.
- Participate in clinical consultation, team meetings, trainings, and professional development.
- Uphold the mission, values, and faith-integrated approach of The Wings Center and Eagle Ranch.
- Contribute positively to a healthy, collaborative team culture.
Note: Group therapy or retreats may be available depending on clinician interest and TWC program expansion.
Requirement
REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Credentials
- Master’s degree or Ph.D./Psy.D. in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
- Licensed in the state of Georgia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist) or license-eligible.
- Preference given to candidates with professionally-accredited degrees (e.g., APA, CACREP, COAAMFT, CSWE).
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred.
- Experience with couples, families, and/or children strongly preferred.
- Training or openness to Christian-integrated counseling and spiritual formation.
Skills
- Competent use of EHR and basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
