We are an innovative organization that invests in the spiritual, relational, financial, physical and professional development of our employees. We have a culture that values excellence, teamwork, humility, integrity, compassion and stewardship.
What We Offer You!
We offer employees a generous benefits package, flexible work schedules, the opportunity to be involved in community outreach and tuition reimbursement.
The Hybrid Wholesaler is responsible for driving sales and asset growth of the GuideStone Funds across an assigned territory, combining proactive virtual/internal engagement with targeted in-person external coverage. Through a consultative, hybrid coverage model, this role builds and deepens relationships with financial advisors, broker-dealers, RIAs, and institutional buyers, articulating GuideStone's faith-based, values-aligned investment approach to meet and exceed sales and asset-retention goals. We serve those that serve the Lord with the integrity of our hearts and the skillfulness of our hands (Psalm 78:72).
What You'll Do:
Sales & Territory Development
- Drive gross and net sales of the GuideStone Funds (mutual funds and ETFs) within an assigned territory to meet or exceed established sales, retention, and asset-growth targets.
- Execute a hybrid coverage model that blends proactive phone and video outreach with strategically scheduled in-person advisor visits, branch meetings, and conferences.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan, including call campaigns, travel scheduling, and prioritization of high-opportunity advisors and firms.
- Build, maintain, and advance a robust sales pipeline, recording all activity and opportunities accurately in the CRM system.
Relationship Management & Advisor Engagement
- Establish, deepen, and retain relationships with financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, and institutional decision-makers across the territory.
- Deliver compelling presentations and consultative guidance on GuideStone Funds' strategies, performance, and faith-based screening methodology.
- Serve as a trusted resource by providing portfolio-construction ideas, market insight, and practice-management support tailored to each client.
- Coordinate with internal client service, marketing, and portfolio teams to resolve advisor needs promptly and deliver a seamless client experience.
Product Knowledge, Marketing & Compliance
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the GuideStone Funds' objectives, positioning, competitive landscape, and Christian values-based investment philosophy.
- Represent GuideStone at industry conferences, roadshows, and events, clearly communicating the firm's mission and investment value proposition.
- Partner with marketing on campaigns, lead follow-up, and conversion to maximize territory reach and effectiveness.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with FINRA, SEC, and GuideStone policies, maintaining accurate and complete records.
Supervisory Responsibilities and/or Relationships

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
