Part-time Administration

$15.00/hr

4 hours a day / 2 days a week

Summary: The Customer Service Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Service team. This role focuses on data entry, documentation, order support, and internal coordination while gaining exposure to customer service processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer inquiries via email and phone under supervision
  • Help maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Assist with return order coordination, including data entry and follow-up
  • Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and tracking logs
  • Support communication between Customer Service, Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting teams
  • Assist with updating procedures, training materials, and SOPs
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned

Requirement

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Attention to detail and willingness to ask questions
