In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service by efficiently scheduling and dispatching qualified technicians to service requests. You will also provide support to other dispatchers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This is an in-office position in Lawrenceville, not a remote position.

• Proven track record of consistency and reliability in previous roles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a good person, ethical & of good morals
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must reside within 30 miles of our Lawrenceville office
