As a Business Analyst Intern in the Enterprise Portfolio Office, you will play an important role in supporting the organization's strategic initiatives. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, assess the feasibility of projects, and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans. Initiatives will range in scope from strategic assessment to technical implementations to change management and adoption planning. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Analysis: Assist in the analysis of proposed projects, evaluating their strategic alignment, feasibility, and potential benefits.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and identify trends.
  • Process Mapping: Document and analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements, communicate project progress, and address concerns.
  • Report Writing: Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Research: Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be an incoming Junior or Senior
  • Must be a current student throughout the duration of the internship program
  • Minimum 3.5 GPA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
  • Strong interest in business strategy and project management
