Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AR AP specialist to join our fast growing company. Full time position to perform accounting and clerical tasks. Process vendor invoices, billing customers, resolve account discrepancies. Will work with team in accounting department, assisting accounting manager with day to day processes.
- Accounts payable and/or receivable experience
- Global Shop or similar ERP system a HUGE plus
- Excel (knowledge of formulas)
- Well organized & attention to detail
- Proactive and problem solver
