Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AR AP specialist to join our fast growing manufacturing company. Full time position to handle accounting transactions, journal entries, general ledgers, process vendor invoices, billing customers, resolve account discrepancies. Will work with accounting team, assisting accounting manager with day to day processes. Range $18-25/hr depending on experience and training required. Hours Mon-Thur 7:00am - 5:30pm
- Accounts payable and receivable experience
- Global Shop or similar ERP system a plus
- Excel (knowledge of formulas)
- Well organized & attention to detail
- Proactive and problem solver
