What skills you will need: • Ability to learn our basic computer and warehouse / distribution center scanning systems. • You are able to obtain a valid, company-issued Forklift or Powered Industrial Vehicles license where required. • You have basic counting, math and measurement skills. • You can read, write, and comprehend the meaning of basic communications. • Ability to reliably work a defined full time Shipping Associate Duties and Responsibilities • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization • Complete diary logs into inventory • Report any discrepancies • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Receiving Associate Duties and Responsibilities • Accept deliveries made to the facility • Store items received in appropriate storage areas, documenting any changes • Prepare items for shipping, noting item contents, delivery methods, and other logistical details • Identify and resolve shipping, storage, or receiving discrepancies as they arise • Maintain a clearly organized workspace • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment Starting Base Wage: • $17.00 to $18.00 Base pay • Plus, Shift and Weekend differential Available Shift: • 1st and 2nd shift Exclusive benefits built for you. • Very competitive pay • Medical, vision, and dental insurance • Profit sharing after one year • 401K retirement plan • Paid vacation & holidays • Great opportunities for career growth
