Sales Associate

Description

The Store Associate is responsible for a variety of duties in the daily operations of the store and plays a vital role in providing an extraordinary customer experience in our retail store. This role is cross-trained to perform various tasks throughout the workday as needed and is integral in advancing the mission of Rahab’s Rope by providing an explanation of the ministry’s mission to each customer

Requirement

Retail experience is a plus: 

● Excellent critical and problem solving skills ● Customer service and soft skills ● Written and verbal communication skills ● Ability to perform simple calculations ● Professional Image ● Ability to work in a fast paced environment ● Ability to remain standing for the majority of the work day ● Willing to have a flexible schedule and ability to work the hours needed to meet store needs ● Integrity ● Ability to work in a team environment
