Mission statement: Shiloh Place McKinney is a ministry to single mother families in which we equip each mom for financial independence and personal wholeness by addressing their physical, educational, spiritual, and emotional needs.
Position Summary: As the Chief Executive Officer of Shiloh Place, you will lead a Christ-centered nonprofit dedicated to stewarding the mission and vision as set forth by the Board of Directors. This role requires a visionary leader who can ensure the financial health and long-term sustainability of the organization while guiding programs and services that align with its core mission. A key part of the role will be creating strategic approaches to ensure current and future needs of the ministry are met. We are looking for someone with integrity, humility, and strong leadership skills who is passionate about ministering to single moms and their children.
NOTE: This position will be hired as Executive Director / CEO successor, who will onboard, train, and transition into leadership at the retirement of the current CEO.
Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of the organization’s strategic plan in partnership with key staff and the Board of Directors.

- Serve as the primary caretaker of Shiloh Place’s mission, values, and Christian foundation.
- Provide leadership that reflects the heart of the ministry and ensures a Christ-centered approach to service, decision-making, and team culture.

Requirement
- A mature Christian, actively attending a local congregation
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- Successful supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for Shiloh Place’s mission
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Give instructions, think conceptually, set priorities and interface effectively with staff.
- Coordinate work requirements and handle several projects simultaneously.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact well with all constituencies.
- Operate a computer, copier, and a telephone.
- Work in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite applications.
- Work with case management and donor management systems.
- A willingness to learn new programs and applications is essential.
