Mobile Maintenance Technician

Description

Performs a variety of HVAC, electrical, skilled and semi-skilled construction, modification and repair activities in commercial applications. Basic trade activities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry work. Performs additional duties as needed.

 

 

Requirement

Three years of related commercial building maintenance, electrical, repair and/or construction experience.

Possess HVAC license/EPA card; additional HVAC and/or Electrical trade licenses desirable

Familiar with facilities management software

Valid state driver's license with satisfactory driving record

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pass pre-employment drug screening and agree to criminal history background check

Good verbal and written communication skills

High school diploma or GED

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
